What to expect in class


Through this yoga you are invited to experiment with breathing, moving, strengthening, stretching, and resting.

You’re welcome to:

Practice yoga with your shoes on or off.

Wear whatever clothing you’re comfortable in.

Leave the room at any time.

Stop your practice at anytime, for any reason.


There are NO PHYSICAL ASSISTS. No previous yoga experience is necessary.
